Some of our services require Users to provide information capable of identifying you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information”), this information may either be collected by us directly via our sign-up forms, or it may be collected by us indirectly by sourcing such data from any social networking website accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc…) that the Users might use in order to sign-up for and login to the Services. We use reasonable measures to keep your information safe and secure. However, no company, organization, or online community, including Muzook and Muzook.com, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

 

Other Disclosures

To provide some of our services and features and to help us communicate with the other Muzook users, we may need to provide your personal information to third party service providers who work on behalf of or with Muzook. Such service providers do not possess any independent right to share this information (expect pursuant to a legal requirement such as a subpoena or warrant).

We may share some or all of your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case our Affiliates would agree to the terms of this Policy and protect your personal information with the same care as we do.

If our assets are acquired by another company, that company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. In such a case, Muzook we will send you an email telling you so before information about you is transferred.

Security measures are in place to minimize the loss, misuse, destruction and alteration of the information that we receive from you. However, We will have no liability to you or to any third-party arising out of any such loss, misuse, destruction, or alternation.

Other Limits to Your Privacy

Our Service contains links to or may otherwise be employed by other third-party web Services (“Linked Web Services”). The privacy practices and content of such Linked Web Services are outside the scope of our responsibility and control. If you choose to visit other web Services, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other web Services. It is your responsibility to review those web Services’ Privacy Policies.

Some of our pages include social plug-in from third-party sites or services, such as a “Like” button. When you load such pages, you are also loading content from the related third-party site. That site may request cookies directly from your browser. These interactions are subject to the privacy policy of the third-party site. It is your responsibility to review those web third-party site’s Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other third-party sites.

You may change or correct your Muzook account information (except your username). You may also remove certain optional information you no longer wish to be publicly visible, such as your full name.

As an Muzook User you are required to provide a valid email address and payment method.

Your username is publicly displayed and connected to your Muzook activity. Other people may see your comments.

Some of the messages we send you are optional. You can control which optional messages you choose to receive by changing your account settings.

If you have optionally connected your account to an external, third-party application (“App”), such as Facebook. Muzook may receive some data from such App. You can remove permission for the App by changing your account settings.
